Child Safety & Protection Policy

1. Overview

Plant Build & Restore, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to creating a safe, respectful environment for everyone who participates in community-based experiences through the Know Us mobile app and our related websites.

We maintain clear standards to prevent and address child sexual abuse and exploitation, and we comply fully with all applicable child-protection and digital-safety laws.

2. Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or any behavior that endangers minors.

Specifically:

  • We prohibit the sharing, solicitation, or possession of any sexually explicit or suggestive material involving minors.

  • We prohibit the use of our platform to contact, recruit, or exploit minors in any way.

  • We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, and report violations to law enforcement immediately.

  • Our moderation and reporting systems are designed to escalate any CSAE-related reports to designated compliance officers.

3. In-App Mechanism for User Feedback or Reporting

Users can report inappropriate behavior or content directly within the app by:

  • Emailing info@plantbuildrestore.com with the subject line “Safety Report.”

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and urgent or high-risk cases are escalated immediately.

4. Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

If any user or moderator identifies or suspects the presence of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM):

  • We immediately block access to the material.

  • We terminate the associated account(s).

  • We report the incident to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities.

  • We preserve evidence securely and cooperate with law enforcement to support investigations.

5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

We comply with:

  • The U.S. PROTECT Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and other applicable federal and state laws;

  • The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA); and

  • Google Play’s Developer Program Policies on Child Safety Standards.

We continually review our data-handling and content-moderation practices to ensure compliance.

7. Enforcement

Any individual or organization found to violate this policy may face account suspension or termination, and where applicable, will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
